has been a
that has been
coming through
this past week.
how has the extension
of the quarantine
affected you?
if you accept things
as they ARE instead
of expecting things
to be different you can
find presence in every
moment as divine.
expectation is the
root of all
instead of focusing
on how you think things
should be accept them
as they are.

how many of us
have had a chance
to slow down,
go inward,
and really decipher
what’s important
to us?
it is a time of energetic
cleaning out the
closet as a collective
and letting go
of the old
that just doesn’t fit.

asking yourself is your
outer world a reflection
of your inner world.
when we can answer this
question authentically,
we have the power to
make changes.

here is where we
come back to yourself.
to your heart.
feel your way back
